Refund and Returns Policy

At Purchase Gym Tools, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the process smooth and stress-free.

🛒 Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order ID and details of the issue.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item shipped by us.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll arrange a free exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used gym equipment and accessories
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
